Everything that has been said so far is a true testament to how much of an impact Coach Sennett had on all of our lives. My favorite quote of his was "Don't mistake activity for acheivement." That has really stuck with me, and he couldn't be more right. He instilled in me that everytime I stepped onto the field, I should be working to get better. I had never practiced like that before.

Even though I only played varsity my senior year, I feel like Sennett treated me the same as everyone else. I would return as an alumnus and attend games, only to be greeted after the game with a hug and a question about how Mizzou is. I don't know how he kept track of everyone like that, but he always seemed to.

Coach: Thank you for helping me realize how talented I truly was, and how talented I could be (both in the sport and in life).
