Smiling Mike!

I HAD THE PLEASURE OF SPENDING FOUR-YEARS WITH MIKE AT BROTHER RICE HIGH SCHOOL. MIKE AND I GRADUATED TOGETHER IN 1987. WE HAD MANY CLASSES TOGETHER AND SAT SIDE BY SIDE IN MANY CLASSES AS WELL. NO MATTER WHAT DAY IT WAS OR WHAT THE WEATER WAS LIKE, MIKE ALWAYS WAS SMILING. "STEEL" AS A FEW OF US CALLED HIM WAS ALL SMILES COME LACROSSE SEASON.

IT WAS NOT A COMPLETE WEEK UNLESS MIKE AND I THREW A COUPLE SHOULDERS AT EACH OTHER WHILE WE LAUGHED AND PASSED EACH OTHER IN THE HALLWAYS

EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT STAY IN MUCH CONTACT OVER THE YEARS, "STEEL" WAS ONE OF THOSE GUYS YOU COULD ALWAYS SAY GOOD THINGS ABOUT. A CONSUMATE GENTLEMEN WHO PASSED AWAY WAY TOO YOUNG.

MAY GOD BLESS MIKE AND HIS WHOLE FAMILY.
